Islip, Oxfordshire, War Memorial

The following names are inscribed, with some variations, in an illuminated book and on a wooden panel attached to the wall of the north aisle of the church, and on a stone memorial at the junction of Blechindon and Kidlington roads. Variant spellings of the naes are given in brackets. There is also a wooden Calvary just outside the churchyard at the east end of the church with a plaque TO OUR HEROES 1914 – 1918.

I have added the details from the Commonwealth War Graves Commission as far as it has been possible to trace the names. These details are in italic.
